This is the second time I have stayed here after traveling back home to visit my children and grandchild. This hotel is always very clean. They do serve breakfast in the mornings with a variety of foods such as fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, yogurt etc along with coffee and juices. Pool was very clean. Exceptional customer service from the staff even though some don't speak English at all but still all very nice. Will stay here Everytime due to the cleanliness and also given the location being right off of interstate 295. There is a Wendy's right next door. Also can not get inside threw the side door without a key card in which we really liked. Have had zero problems neither time staying here. Hope this helps someone looking for a great clean place to stay.
All the front desk agents are awesome. They’re friendly and very accommodating. The rooms were nice and clean. I enjoyed my stay!
The personnel was very professional they would actually have conversations with you and try the best. Breakfast was also very good, coffee was great. They have a pool with roof so you're not going to get a sunburn. The rooms in bathrooms are clean too, the price was reasonable, I think I got service worth the pay.
This is a great place to stay. Rooms are comfortable and the staff is friendly. Bathroom had 2 different lights, one softer than the other. Was perfect for those nighttime bathroom runs. Also, 5 pillows on the bed! My favorite part about the room. I love extra pillows.
My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I did not have a chance to try breakfast so I cannot comment.
The room was clean and spacious. It was near the elevator as requested and was quiet. Unfortunately I discovered very early in the morning that the toilet was not working properly & when I tried to call the front desk, the room telephone wasn't working either. Just before I was ready to checkout, I was able to alert the housekeeping supervisor of the issues. Within 30 minutes there was a repair person who came to work on the plumbing.
Great location, super friendly staff. The rooms were well kept and comfortable. The atmosphere in itself was quiet And relaxing.
I was here for a lil over a month. I was in trucking school and paid for the room myself. I never had any problems with the staff they were all nice and had a welcoming feel the entire time. When I come back off the road I'll definitely stay here again.
